We're excited to introduce a range of updates designed to enhance your planning and task management experience. In this release, you'll find improvements such as the ability to reorder columns in basic plans, a comprehensive view of all due date categories in Board view, persistent filters in premium plans, and a fix for the default view in basic plans. These changes aim to provide you with greater flexibility, better organization, and a more seamless user experience. Let's dive into the details of these exciting new features! Reorder columns in basic plans You can now reorder columns in basic plans! This capability allows you to prioritize and organize your tasks in a way that best suits your workflow. Previously, reordering columns was only available in premium plans. With this update, reordering columns is available across all Grid views. To try it out, simply select and drag the column headers to rearrange them, or use the CTRL+Shift+< and CTRL+Shift+> keyboard shortcuts. Show all due date categories When you group by Due Date, the Board view will now show all due date categories, such as Today, Tomorrow, This week, Next week, and Future, regardless of whether there are tasks assigned. Previously, only categories with assigned tasks were displayed. This change provides a comprehensive overview of all potential due dates and helps you and your team in planning ahead by visualizing all time frames. Save filters across sessions in premium plans When using a premium plan, you can now persist filters across sessions. This means that any filters applied will remain active even after logging out and back into the application. This feature ensures consistency and saves time by maintaining your preferred view settings without needing reconfiguration each time you log in. Bug fix: Opening basic plan defaults to Board view We have fixed an issue to ensure that when you open a basic plan, it continues to default to Board view. Thank you for your feedback in helping us identify and catch this issue! Hi guys I use OneNote extensively for work as my virtual notepad. At most of my working locations, I use my laptop - Dell Latitude 7440 - connected to either a Dell Docking station + 2 monitors, or a pair of samsung monitors which have an inbuilt hub, connect via USB-C and are daisychained together. I've never had any issues with OneNote in the past, but recently have found that if I try and move my OneNote window onto either external monitor, it seems to break OneNote - the whole window becomes just the index list which is normally a column on the left (where it shows all your notebooks and pages) and it won't actually display any of the content from the notebooks/pages. If I try minimizing that column, it has a complete breakdown as if its unable to properly load the actual page content. The only way to fix this is to drag the window back to my laptop screen and then close it and reopen. Has anyone else experienced this? It's really frustrating and affecting my productivity as I often need it side-by-side with other screens.716Views0likes2CommentsFormula to retrieve data from several sheets and return values from given criteria.
I am trying to get data from each of our areas of the school staff timetables EY MY LY and summaries what days each staff member works where to another sheet, as staff move around. I would appreciate some help please. This is how far I got: =IFERROR(VLOOKUP(A10,EY!$C$3:$G$33, 2, FALSE), IFERROR(VLOOKUP(A10,MY!$C$3:$G$33, 2, FALSE), "Not Found")) This just returns; I tried to add in the same formula for LY but it is saying too many arguments, this is why Michelle is Not Found. Will I also be able to return the area they are in on each of the days ? Any assistance would be very much appreciated.313Views0likes11CommentsExcel can't open file from hyperlink after upgrade windows11

I have one server machine that installed ASAP Utilities for Excel. I want to eliminate individual server logins and allow users to run only 5 specific ASAP Excel plugin functions automatically, just by dropping an Excel file into a common server folder, so the backend processes it and returns the result—saving time. Will Office 365 excel with power automate cloud flow help? Thanks for you answers for my clarifications.40Views0likes2CommentsOneDrive is soooooooooooooooooooooo slow!
Why is OneDrive for Business so unacceptably slow? I've had a case open with Microsoft Support since February and to date they have involved several different teams, run numerous diagnostics and tests remotely on my computer, but still haven't been able to improve let alone resolve the very poor download speeds we are getting across the company. They can see the issue with their own eyes, and the under-performing tests are appearing in their diagnostic logs, but for whatever reason they cannot fix their own systems! We have a fibre-optic leased line, 100Mbit over a 1Gbit bearer. Running a speed test, I am getting the full 100Mbit up and down, and yet when I am downloading a file (whether it's a few MB or a few hundred MB) from OneDrive, the download rate hovers between 500Kb/s and 800Kb/s. Uploading the OneDrive for Business is fine - the upload rate is between 7Mb/s and 9Mb/s. It's just the download rate that's the issue. Whenever any of our users save anything to OneDrive and the document is no longer cached, they have to wait for what feels like an eternity for the file to be downloaded before it can be opened. If they're opening the file via an application, then that application will hang and stop responding until the file has been downloaded from their OneDrive. Before we switched to Microsoft 365, we hosted everything locally. Anything we tried to open would do so almost instantly. But using OneDrive feels like we have travelled back in time to the days of 56K/ISDN. If this is how OneDrive has been designed, then it should not be labelled as a business service. There are other solutions out there from competitors that outperform OneDrive, and unfortunately if these issues are not resolved soon, I doubt we will be the only business who migrates away from OneDrive or even Microsoft altogether.31KViews6likes17CommentsI am Facing Microsoft form related issue
